Deposits & Payments
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session. This fee is applied toward your total session cost and locks in your session date and time.
By paying the retainer and receiving an invoice, you confirm that you have read and accepted the full Terms & Conditions of the photoshoot.
If you need to reschedule, your retainer can be transferred as long as the new date is booked within 14 days of the original session. After 14 days, the retainer is forfeited and a new one will be required.
You may choose to pay in full, but the total balance must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your session. All payments made in full are non-refundable.
If you pay in full and cannot attend your session, your payment can be applied to a future rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued.
Same-day cancellations result in automatic forfeiture of your retainer. You will be responsible for rebooking and covering all new studio fees to schedule a future session.
